Albaab R (nl) wrote: Very predictable movie. Good cast, given bad forced-funny lines and forced comedy situations. "hera pheri" kind of movie...only bollywood does it musch better in this case. Action was ok. ok time pass only if you like all these actors and wanna see em on screen together. Gal Gadot is super hot with decent comedic timing.
Eric H (us) wrote: Amazing how suspense can be built without special effects, blood splashing around, and unrealistic plot twists. The movie could only take place in a cruising gay beach, so the setting is essential to the plot. The sex scenes are graphic, but they are necessary to show to the heterosexual viewer how interactions occur in such places (the comments and questions by the police investigator are illuminating in this aspect). Although hinted to along the way (by how he engages in unprotected sex, his morbid attraction to a psychopath), the protagonist (Franck) has his own psychological baggage, which makes the ending believable. A perfectly done and paced movie, well acted, well directed, and in a stunning setting.
Wade W (nl) wrote: A truly strange little film with a great premise at its center. Writer/director Sophie Barthes surely had a blast dreaming this one up and bringing its dark sense of dry humor to life!

Fighter in the Wind - A very solid Kung Fu flick, quite enjoyable. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll beg for more. 8/10 - stupid movie finder... Sword in the Moon - CHAOTIC editing...geez, one flashback lasted half and hour! Hell, I'm forgetting what is going on back in the future, or...wait...what? I'm lost. Still the fighting was sweet. Stander - Not bad for direct to video. Also, this may be the only movie ever that Debra Kara Unger didn't bare all. Hiroku the Goblin - This movie was great...this is one of the fun horror films that I wish I had on my resume. Silly at times, bloody as hell, and even a couple righteous scares. Plus, some good special effects at the end. If you liked Tetsuo: The Iron Man, you must check this out. 8.5/10
Adil S (es) wrote: All right movie with a huge cast, but which took 6 years to complete it. This can also be seen a number of scenes which are old-fashioned executed. It had a couple of good songs though.

Chris P (es) wrote: Fascinating to watch with a character that probably had more to him on paper than was able to translate onto the screen. Beautiful scenery, but dramatically falls short.
Sarah (ag) wrote: The synopsis sounds awesome, but from looking at whos starring in it (Haylie Duff) Its probably going to be one of the lamest movies ever made and would probably be a waste of time watching it...
