Don B (mx) wrote: Though (as with Gasland) there is clearly a point of view expressed by the maker of this film, at least he doesn't take as many liberties as Fox does with the facts. A pretty successful presentation of the other side of the story, and a good job exposing some of the deceptions in Fox's film.

Mark C (gb) wrote: Liked it probably more than most, a good amount of people in it... definitely off beat british humor... kind of a neat take on the art world. showed how its more a biz than a hobby, and showed some of the ridiculousness of it. It reminded me of Wall Street 2 (see my next review!) in that for them its more about the game than the actual art (like its more about the power vs. the actual money)... Gillian Anderson nice to see you're alive.

Ryan V (us) wrote: An offbeat, intriguing entry in the series. The Baron plays around with brains, bodies, and even souls in this go-round. While in earlier films he was eccentric and occasionally evil, he is absolutely reveling in depravity in later films like this.

Bill T (ru) wrote: Lovely little film with Edward G, Robinson as a mob king-pin who quits the biz, moves to Europe, comes back when he doesn't like it and expects his old job back, the new boss (Humphrey Bogart!) doesn't want to give up his job, so he plans to have him killed. Robinson doesn't die though, he winds up in a Monastary! This movie is certainly very interesting and surprising, and was a complete joy to watch. May have dived too much into the sentimental pool a bit during the final third, but still great acting all around (Oh, did I tell you this movie also had Ralph Bellamy in it?) and is quite the neat treat.
