Into the White

Into the White is an anti-war movie. High above the harsh Norwegian wilderness, English and German pilots shoot each other to the ground after a violent chance encounter. Isolated, they must fight to survive the brutal winter. Though war has made them enemies, antagonism is hard to maintain as days go by. Through mutual need, unlikely friendships bloom. Somehow, they become comrades. War, after all, is absurd.

During World War II, enemy fighter pilots find themselves face to face after shooting down one another's planes over a desolate landscape. Now, they realize the only way to survive the winter is to place the rules of war aside. . You can read more in Google, Youtube, Wiki

Nathan R (br) wrote: As soon as that first image of a budding sunrise on the horizon appears on the screen and you hear that tribal yell, you know you're about to watch something spectacular. Today, it stands as one of many legendary scenes from what is the epitome of a true Disney masterpiece. Part "National Geographic" expedition, part epic drama, upon its release it was unlike anything ever released in the animation industry. With a level of artistry in which almost any still image could be mistaken for a landscape painting, the spectacles induce wonder, and the music strikes with a powerful chord as vocals of African chants supplement a riveting score by Hans Zimmer. Yet the movie accomplishes something amazing in an entirely different aspect. Despite its grandeur and awe-inspiring production, it manages to live and breathe in an affecting, original script that philosophizes ideas of death, duty, and coming-of-age. The jokes still hit, and the musical numbers have evolved into no less than modern pop culture anthems. What I'm trying to say is it's pretty good.

Mark A (ru) wrote: I found this film charming. It's main focus is that of a teenage girl who wishes for a normal existence but when her two worlds collide of being a secret agent and a high school teenager then it brings out what you'd expect to be full on action. However this film seems to lack that sense of excitement and in places seems very predictable. The film will easily appeal to those wishing to watch a soft movie about high school life with a little action here and there. But don't expect high impacting action because this movie doesn't provide it. I believe this movie would of been more exciting if the action was pumped up. I give this movie a worth the watch rating.

Nicholas L (jp) wrote: Predictable and featuring some really bad dialogues and performances, "Mindhunters" does little to retain the viewer's attention.

Matt M (au) wrote: Pryor and Wilder back on screen together again as respectively a blind man and a deaf man. Together they witness a murder, one catching the scent of the killer, the other getting a fleeting look at her. This film is a very funny thriller comedy, though it's no mystery that it's the two lead actors' performances that make it really worth watching.
