Richard D (br) wrote: Here's a really amiable film. Two old guys ... a guy from Louisiana and a guy from Australia ... travel around Iceland and shoot the shit. If a couple of old guys talking, hanging out at dance clubs with young girls and dancing out in the wilderness to Big Country sounds entertaining, then here you go. I found it to be mildly amusing and worth an hour and a half of my time.

Clinton T (es) wrote: Very entertaining.Idid not want it to end.Great colors ,cg,story and continuity. The movie had dark spacing which reminded me the movie was about the life of the long dead.

Alex V (es) wrote: A major star reduction for a scene involving a van that would never find its place in a world where reality reigned.

Pablo O (au) wrote: The reason so many people dislike this film is because they are unable to appreciate a film for it's story, it's acting and not for huge explosions, and CGI. This film, which focusses on just two actors, is a budget film that pulls off a ferociously intense story that keeps your captivated until the very end. People that say it's boring, crap etc are too used to huge Hollywood films such as Avatar etc. This is a rare, yet extraordinary piece of film making with convincing acting and a harrowing true story, definitely not one to miss!

He's also playing away from his wife (Sciorra) with the delicously nymphish Sheri (Lewis). So a job to terminate turn-tail hit-woman Olin shouldn't be a problem. But when he discovers she's a ball-busting Muscovite sex goddess with a killer pair of thighs, you just know he's in trouble. Medak's neo-noir uses vicious sex, crunching violence and a neck-breaking plot of cross and double-cross to sustain its ram-raid pace, only to crumble under the weight of its own excess. This is a battle-of-the-sexes movie played out at such a pitch of pervsity and amorality that it ultimately becomes rather laughable.

Mark K (ru) wrote: The three protagonist narrative worked well, especially when they crossed each other's path, without knowing. I don't know why, but the lighting was terrible, it was like watching a film with your eyes closed at times... This was a major let down for me.

Robert T (gb) wrote: It's a shame that a number of these reviews seem to be about Cirque Du Soleil itself, suggesting that the viewer should go to a "real circus," missing the point of the art form Cirque employs. If one doesn't live somewhere they can see their acts live, this is a wonderful opportunity.
