Lee M (us) wrote: Although the denouement fumbles and ideas run out, Aragami charms in not outstaying its welcome at a fraction over 70 minutes long, and the film's look, courtesy Takumi Furuya's excellent cinematography, is gorgeous. Becomes recommendable when you come to know more of the film's back story -- as Kitamura's installment in the so-called "Duel Project".

Satya. All of em. Movie gives life to Mumbai in many ways. Best ever movie by RGV. One of the best ever to come out of the country.
Blais E (br) wrote: The great Clint Howard (Ron Howard's stocky, Neanderthalish younger brother-) stars as social misfit and military school nerd Stanley Coopersmith, who, after being mercilessly tortured by the faculty and student body at length, stumbles upon an ancient Satanic shrine and demon-evoking literature in the school's filthy basement he is assigned to clean. After enlisting the aid of his computer, he inexplicably conjures up Ole' Scratch himself and begins knocking off his tormentors in predictably-nasty fashion, utilizing giant Devil-Boars to carry out his bidding. A wonderfully-whacked-out little occult gem, elevated by the sturdy performances of Howard and several great character peeps (Hawk-faced Charles Tyner as the school's military commander, portly Claude Earl Jones as the slovenly football coach, and especially R.G. Armstrong as the school's thoroughly-seedy janitor-) as his various well-deserving-of-their-fates victims. This flick pretty much was Clint Howard's first step in his long career as an unaknowledged horror film star.
