I watched around 20 minutes after renting this and turned it off. OH GOD IT WAS AWFUL! I didn't expect the dialogue to be any type of good but the way they shot the talking scenes. One still shot after another of EACH INDIVIDUAL DOG EVERYTIME THEY FREAKIN' TALK! The school kids are all stereotypical, i mean the overweight kid with ginger hair HAS A BOW TIE! ARE THEY TRYING TO HURT HIS FEELINGS? Not to mention the ghost dog that looks like Lord Voldemort with dog ears.

Sly wit, dry humor, and just plain lovable characters set BDLT apart from predictable romantic comedy fare. For those of us who have ever felt a little out of place (and we all have at some point), BDLT is that reassuring nod we need that says everything will be just fine. If you?re looking for a cross-cultural, quirky comedy that gets you thinking, BDLT is your movie! For fans of indie features, it can?t come recommended enough!
Aeem H (it) wrote: Going through the back log of the Disney Animated Classics, Meet the Robinsons is one which is perhaps overlooked. At it's centre is the story of an orphan Lewis wanting to find a family. He finds himself encumbered in an orphanage where no one has wanted to adopt him going on almost 12 years. His desire to be an inventor tends to not be rewarded and when things do go wrong others blame him and he blames himself for the failure of the inventions not working. Mixed into this is a revenge plot against Lewis which involves a time machine. There is a lot going on in this film and luckily more often than not you can follow it, the animation is visually solid and the Robinson's themselves are quirky but when really thinking about this film they are left short changed in terms of screen time. There are some good twists and turns and the humour is well realised, the scene where the main protagonist uses firstly a frog and then a dinosaur to try and capture Lewis are hilarious. In the end this being Disney everything works out alright, as messages of friendship, family and never giving up or looking back are on proud displayWhile this is not by any means a genuine classic it's a solid entertaining film and one which children will perhaps enjoy more than adults, but there are laughs for those of us who are still children at heart. Now together everyone 'KEEP MOVING FORWARD'

Filled with hilarious vintage anti-pot propaganda as well as enlightening archival footage of lawmakers and enforcers coming up with new ways and reasons to keep Marijuana illegal. Harrelson's narration is surprisingly sobering, leaving the film's humor to the actual events and propaganda in the film. The information presented here ranges from funny to frustrating, but all of it manages to be fascinating.

Anand has a dark past and literally no future but still he laughs at the face of death and keeps people around him in good humor. The film is about state of mind broadly.I have seen this film may be more than a hundred times and if you ask me to watch it 5 times back to back right now I will do it. There are very few films as divine and at the same time as entertaining as Anand. This movie has been like 'Ramayan' for me eversince I watched it on doordarshan as may be a 6 years old. Dialogs by Gulzar is genius work, characterization is wonderful, music is excellent, acting is fantastic, editing is crisp, direction is definite, cinematography is minimal and message is divine. Last scene of the film, according to me, is one of the best scene ever written and enacted in the history of Cinema. "Batein karo mujhse" still makes my hair stand at its end even when I think about it. All my friends agree that if we were to chose one performance , out of all the films Bachchan's, we would chose Dr Bhaskar Banerjee. Still the interesting fact is that its not a Bachchan film and is a Rajesh Khanna film.
