Shawn W (jp) wrote: A stripper at a stag is the life and (accidental) death of the party leaving partiers deciding on how to best cover it up. Liked Andrew McCarthy with the yellow teeth as the shady friend from the past who the groom doesn't hang around anymore.

James H (ru) wrote: One of Bette Davis' five greatest performances, and certainly one of her most sinister. The scene with Herbert Marshall and his medicine is one of the greatest acting scenes of all time. Every cast member gives a strong performance. Patricia Collinge is particularly memorable. A wonderful drama, superb direction by William Wyler, outstanding score and top notch production.

Amanda H (ca) wrote: I have zero respect for Bow Wow as a "musician" and about as much interest in all these You Got Served ripoff movies, so I stuck this in my DVD queue simply because I was running out of things to watch. Imagine my surprise when this turned out to actually be a really good movie! Bow Wow should definitely stick to acting, because I actually forgot it was him after the first few minutes of the movie and became so engrossed in the character that my annoyance with him didn't matter any more. There's nothing deep about this, but it is definitely a fun movie with a lot more to offer than I would have expected.

Gavin S (kr) wrote: While the storyline was terrible, and most of the jokes didn't come off well with the dubbing, the martial arts prowess Jackie Chan and to a lesser extent Biao Yuen and Sammo Hung exhibited was spectacular. The final fighting scene was amazing.
