Night Shyamalan. Everyone says this movie was bad. I don't think so. Everyone says it's silly. It's an attempt at making a good film that was kind of weak when it was first released.
Jack W (fr) wrote: Ok so this in my opinion is a movie with amazong atmosphere but terrible acting and special effects. Sam neil in this movie was absolutely terrible and the character Cooper is even worse. That being said this is one movie that had a extreme amount of potential but didn't pull through. If you research some things about this movie the director was extreamly rushed and that could be a leading factor in the acting and special effects. This movie provided a good little scare but had some laughable acting in it too. ALL in all I think this movie didn't deserva a low 24% but I think it isn't anything really special though. Another point I would like to add is some people say its a gore fest, but really compared to tarentino movies or just even some R rated films like this its pretty toned down. But it still has a lot of gore

Peter F (ru) wrote: Aki Kaurismaki's film is as quiet as it is disquieting. Told through minimal dialogue, the film relies on Kati Outinen very descriptive performance to enlighten viewers about the title-character's plight, along with cinematic cues that are most effective in how simple they are (rarely do you find fade-outs as ominous as the one in this movie). A powerful film about misogyny and negligence.

Loren S (jp) wrote: If you have ever wondered what Mad Men would have been like had it been made in the 60's as a musical, then this is the film for you. It features great musical numbers such as "A Secretary Is Not A Toy," and is generally all around inappropriate. A bit long, but truly a fascinating film from a special time in corporate history.

Russell H (mx) wrote: There are a lot of visual improvements. The story and character development are terrible. Halle Berry must have been hot around this time. She was almost as bad as Denise Richards. I enjoyed some of the scenes, particularly when Bond was fighting a dude while lasers were shooting around sporadically. Another OK bond movie.
