Tamajain A (it) wrote: While what happened here is bad. The elephant in the room seems to have been ignored. That inner city kids have been subjected to this for decades and when some White kids have it happen to them it becomes a national story. This film at no point mentioned this. And only showed White children that were affected by this scandal. Based on this film depiction I can easily assume that only Caucasian were sentenced to juvenile detention.

Tanner B (fr) wrote: Se7en (1995) C-130m. ??? 1/2 D: David Fincher. Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman, Kevin Spacey. Occasionally sickening but otherwise gripping detective story about serious of grossly imaginative murders done by psychopath playing with minds of two opposite policemen, each with their own set of personal problems, who are both frantically trying to solve case. Creates a vivid, realistic view of L.A. at its absolute worst; frighteningly effective, exceptionally done movie with a pair of dazzling lead performances, but marred by a lesser finale. Screenplay by Andrew Kevin Walker. What's in the box?

Brad S (ag) wrote: This is a classic B-movie horror that exceeded expectations and is now considered a classic. Directed by Jacques Tourneur who also did "Cat People" and "Out of the Past", this film has the same style as those two great films. Dana Andrews stars here as a Professor investigating a devil-worshipping cult. The film is genuinely creepy and quite well done. Recommended for those who like the classic horror genre.

Matt M (es) wrote: Laurel and Hardy are fronting a scam for gasoline pills during America's wartime shortage of oil. However, soon enough they help a young lady recover 10,000 dollars after her family was scammed. Though it's entertaining and funny, it's not as creative as Laurel and Hardy's best works, and the pace is intermittent as the action is often broken up.

Jon D (es) wrote: Slow burning murder mystery set in New Zealand....amazing scenery n a great story about a man who left home at 15 only 2 return 15 years later where history catches up with him !!!

Nicole H (br) wrote: Saw it with my 14-yr old who thought it was scary. Got a couple of good jumps.

Don S (nl) wrote: A mini Pitch Perfect reunion (Banks, Wilson and Kendrick) makes this movie about pregnant woman just barely passable. Very little comedy, most of it unfunny - when the best bit is a dude getting his foot run over by a food truck. Tries too hard to be tender, funny and dramatic and succeeds at none of it. However, Diaz, Lopez, Banks, Decker and Kendrick provide the eye candy necessary to keep you watching even as you yawn through it.
