Alex T (mx) wrote: Good play of the characters, especially Tim Roth.

Stanley N (jp) wrote: Robert Weide's profile of Woody Allen chronicles Allen's career from his days writing for Sid Caesar in the 1950s to the present.

Wes L (au) wrote: Starts out strong and goes wrong as soon as the the plot kicks in. I dug Brosnan as the preacher, Tomei as the pothead, and Kinnear as a bland guy thrown into danger. There's amusing scenes along the way, especially Brosnan's encounter with the Mexican toward the end. But it never builds to anything because the underlying plot is handled as predictably as possible, and the Christian satire is 10 years out of date. If only the movie promised in the opening 10 minutes had been made.

Amit C (ag) wrote: Who don't like Salman khan movies?? Well same acting and great acting ,lol. Can't complain, just won't watch it again.

Quentin B (ag) wrote: While She Was Out or How to lose one hour watching an overlong chase scene. With despicable characters, stupid dialogues and unrealistic situations, this movie shows us that you really can make a massacre (and a movie of course !) just because of a bad note on a car.

Walter C (es) wrote: Strange horror/comedy/drama film. The horror is rather run of the mill. The comedy doesn't quite work and the drama part takes place in the first ten minutes. It's basically a thirty minute story fleshed out by an assortment of apartment dwellers. I wouldn't say it's a bad movie, but it's definitely different.

James H (us) wrote: 77/100. Outstanding, well directed and very moving film. This Afghan film is the first for director Siddiq Barmak and what a great job. The acting is truly fine by Marina Golbahari, Zobeydeh Sahar and Mohamad Aref Harat. Part of the appeal of the film is a glimpse into the lives of the people who live and experience the turmoil in their homeland. Touching and inspired.

Alexandra G (es) wrote: A somewhat bittersweet story with a genuine feel to it and many wonderful humorous moments...the kind of story which enables the viewer to observe others...as if they were looking upon themselves in a strange bout of lucidity. I was very impressed by the powerful performances (the scene between the two sisters will never leave my mind).

Eric H (ca) wrote: Talk Radio is a fantastic film that needs more recognition than it has. It is compelling, riveting, and even pretty hilarious at times. It is masterfully made up until those last five minutes where my opinion of the film just started to plummet. But it doesn't mean I'm going to ever think of this film as a bad film because it is not. The other hour and forty five minutes are incredible. So much so that if it had succeeded in resolving well this could have made it into the list of my favorite movies. But instead it is just going to end up being a very good film that I won't forget, but won't revere as one of the greatest films ever made.

Private U (ru) wrote: This is terrible and funny.

Brian C (us) wrote: Really interesting story about a genius who dies, and his brother puts his brain into a giant robot. The process doesn't go well and the he goes insane being in that suit, losing his humanity (except for the love of his son).A very touching end, and a nice throwback to Frankenstein.

Colin S (fr) wrote: Garner is utterly charismatic and watchable but can't save this script from being very fractured in plot and mood - there's an unfortunate mix of unexpected and inconsistently-ruled semi-mysticism alongside what seems to be a family-friendliness. A simpler look into the character's psychology might have been more interesting but it seems that this movie wanted to be too many things at once.

John A (gb) wrote: Average Slashler Flick, This Time Round A Demon Is Resurrected By A Grieving Father, After His Son is Killed In Accident Involving A Group Of Teens From The City. A Nicely Scripted Film, With Decent Plot, Decent Performances And Some Great SFX.

Spencer K (kr) wrote: it may be tonally inconsistent and uneven at times, but Extraordinary Tales is still a striking and a beautifully animated visual look into the brilliant and twisted mind of Edgar Allen Poe. it brings his stories to life in some creepy animated shorts that are sure to delight fans of Poe.
