(ru) wrote: amusing, funny and an enjoyment and one of the best Australian films i have seen. It is original and is unpredictable, which makes it a really good watch.

(ag) wrote: This one managed to throw a decent little curveball at the audience that (while a little far-fetched) still manages to pay off the mysteries it sets for itself in the first act of the film, and I really enjoyed it.The leads all play it close to the chest and mysterious enough to keep you guessing for most of the film. This was fun, as one might go in thinking that they know exactly where the film is going, only to be pleasantly surprised.Worth a rental.
(es) wrote: I honestly don't understand the hate towards this clever film. A movie about bees that actually sends out a positive message to kids. How is there so much hate? And it is actually really funny. Some scenes are so unexpected and hilarious (like when her plane crashes into the rock ledge ) the lines are clever and had a lot of adult humor. Very cute and entertaining the whole way through. Gives you the bees perspective in a humorous way. Move on from the basic bit** "Frozen" hype and give this movie a try.

(kr) wrote: The Directors Cut may be Barker's masterpiece. There isn't much plot, but the film makes up for this with some creepy creations and a last act that is over-the-top insanity. David Cronenberg plays the main villain who is really offsetting and scary (that mask he wears, geez). A great film where Barker's twisted imagination runs wild.
