In the Headquarters of the T.I.A. (Terminal Intelligence Agency), someone has stolen Professor Bacterio's most dangerous invention, the D.O.T. (Demoralizer of Troops), an artifact that ends up in the hands of a very short, wacky dictator who is ready to use it for criminal purposes. The T.I.A Chief, though, is firm in his resolve: if he wants to get the D.O.T. back, he must NOT count on his agents Mortadelo & Filemon. But when the crime fighting duo discover that the T.I.A. has engaged a cocky and slimy detective from outside the agency, they decide to act at their own risk, even if that risk involves all of Humanity.

As a companion piece, or backstory of sorts, to the original, it is definitely entertaining. Congratulations to filmmaker, Tim Skousen for believing in this project and making it work! I've never seen anything else quite like it! I'd watch it again! See for yourself. Don't just take my word for it.

Centered around two individuals from two different worlds whose gravity is reversed/inverted, coming to understand each other and authorities willing to fight off their existence. There's a truly genuine sense of anime here with some very real emotions and a truly engaging plot, even with a touch of Philip K Dick. Highly recommended to the most enthusiastic viewers, Madman can you please distribute this film!!!!

Allan C (ag) wrote: This is an uncomfortably unfunny film that I used to love playing back in my video clerk days. This film and "Anaconda" were both on my high rotation to secretly annoy customers. The script is not all that funny, but the uncomfortableness comes when you have a 40 year-old Martin Short playing a 10 year old boy. It's basically the "Problem Child" films but with a grown man pretending to be the child and drive his Uncle Martin, Charles Grodin, crazy in his quest to get someone to take him to Dinosaur World. Mary Steenburgen, Dabney Coleman and Richard Kind and Richard Kind were part of this debacle.
