Atheer O (ca) wrote: Some interesting ideas and set pieces but doesn't make out fur the underdeveloped script.

Mike G (es) wrote: One of the last great pictures either Charles Bronson or Lee Marvin made. The location filming has all the scale necessary to propel a good script with men's men lead actors and great characters thrown in for good measure. They just don't make them like this anymore, although Stallone definitely seems to have taken notes for First Blood, which came out a year later. Anyways, a personal favorite with great action and action music.

Ted P (au) wrote: An interesting comment on the public face of the ugly truth of Nazism.

Kameron W (us) wrote: Truly the greatest live action film Walt Disney Pictures and Walt himself have ever produced

Doug C (de) wrote: A suspense B-noir with many good twists and turns. The movie never seems to end in that great, noirish, lost-in-the-tangled-plot sort of way. Lizabeth Scott plays a great femme fatale who stumbles on $60,000 with her husband, then kills him with the help of Dan Duryea, the owner of the money who tracks the couple and demands his money back from Scott. Nice acting by Scott and good plot movement all the way up to a climactic finale in a Mexico hotel room.
