Ted W (es) wrote: Ok but boring at a lot of times Christmas movie that didn't have to happen and starring Danny devito and Matthew Broderick. When I saw this movie on Netflix, I thought it would be could because of the casting of famous people in this movie but I was wrong. This movie didn't have to happen at all but you now, Hollywood wants all the money. Just the plot, is ok but to generic, I've seen a lot of Christmas movies and they mostly have one thing in common, it turns out in a happy ending and that's good but how this movie goes from the beginning to the end and has a little race between two adults, it's dumb and still shocked that this movie got green lit by fox or whoever made this movie happen.

Jamie C (ag) wrote: A good sequel, Not as good as the first but it has some great but over the top action scenes, Also it finally takes place on the streets of Raccoon City this time so it's hordes of zombies time, Literally the first half of the zombies taking over the city was exactly like the opening scene from the game Resident Evil 3 I mean it's like a live action remake of it, We do finally have some characters from the game this time which include Jill, Carlos, Nicholai, The entire S.T.A.R.S. Team make a cameo before being owned by Nemesis that looked exactly like he did in the game, Apart from a few plot holes and something's that were silly it's great fun and will bring back memories of playing the old games.

Kevin S (jp) wrote: Flat out, the most moving, enjoyable film I've evar seen. The ending fade, where the screen blurs depicting Toto's tears, is nothing less than a genius level bit of film-making. And, as is usually the case, the Morricone score is outstanding. It's impossible to rate this film as high as it deserves.

Guy B (nl) wrote: The studio was so timid about the content that there's hardly a story at all. A likeable cast saves the film. Incredible that in 1982 a pre-titles 'warning' on a red screen had to preface the picture for such a tame plot.

Private U (us) wrote: Nothing I could ever possibly accuse my parents of could stack against the clunky cinematic crime that is this film. Before daytime talk television popularized pop psychobabble, there was this film. I accuse it of THAT.

Scott C (it) wrote: Well acted, but I found it a bore and am not sure why it has such a reputation.

William R (it) wrote: Very slow burning and not my cup of tea

Lisa K (jp) wrote: Since I adore Downton Abbey, I thought I would try this movie written by Julian Fellows. There are enormous similarities between this movie and Downton Abbey. There is an enormous cast of servants downstairs and the wealthy family and guests upstairs. The film goes to great lengths to portray the period of 1930's England. The costumes and settings seem perfect. However, I think you can skip this film and go straight to Downton Abbey. The character development and plot are extremely weak and often lean no where. There is a murder to which no one including the audience cares that he died or who did it. It is a very unsatisfactory feeling when the movie is finished, there are just too many loose ends.
