This little gem of movie is no exception to that rule. Actors who can't act, special effects that aren't special and a sound track that is just, well, bizarre. CHOMP...CHOMP...CHOMP. Don't let the synopsis fool you there are no "beautiful" women to be found here. Skip this one and stare at your favorite wall for about 80 minutes instead. It will be a more rewarding experience.

The story involving Alice's father is pretty hokey and melodramatic by today's standards, but gosh, Kate is adorable! The dinner scene where the family tries to impress Kate's potential suitor is quite funny and hold up pretty well.

Shia LaBeouf and Carrie-Anne Moss give fantastic performances. The screenplay is well written. D.J. Caruso did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the drama and mystery. Disturbia is a must see.
