Robert W (nl) wrote: This is the worst movie I have ever seen, low budget, poor acting, so many mistakes done in this film, honestly it looks like a 15 year old made this film. Most of the gun fire from the Ship is repeated scenes, interior of the alien ship is just fiberglass walls with a few LCD screens, very poorly done, you should watch it just to have a good laugh at how bad it is. This is a true and honest review of this horrible film, I give it a zero rating.
David F (it) wrote: This is an anthology of "feminist" porn, a collection of short films, and each artist has her own take on just what that is from straight sex to gay sex to exhibitionism. The films vary wildly in quality and intellectual approach with some succeeding in saying something new while others are just gross.
Irene B (fr) wrote: The movie was phenomenal. The cast was great. It was very heart warming and should be seen by everyone. This movie should be playing in theatres across the country.
Grant S (ag) wrote: Ultra-violent, and good. The main reason most people will remember this is for the violence and gore. It's pretty weird and extreme, bordering on gratuitous. However, despite all this, it all feels quite realistic and gritty.Plot is reasonably interesting, filled with a multitude of characters whose story you care about. Maybe too many characters - it dilutes your engagement with any one person.Decent performances all round. Tadanobu Asano steals the show as the over-the-top insane and sadistic, yet ice-cool, Kakihara. Nao Omori is maybe too shy and retiring as Ichi - it wore thin after a while. Not a big problem though.

Daniel D (ca) wrote: This Fassbinder film involves an almost complete film crew which is filled with snobs and queers. It wasn't a group I'd like to spend time with, but one that's fascinating to watch. While watching one can wonder if this was the film that inspired the casting for The Jersey Shore. The movie lives up to its title, which is what lured me in. Beware of a Holy Whore is no Surf Nazis Must Die, in which the title is superior to the film. The movie is stunning and gorgeous. The cinematographer Ballhaus (who's worked with Scorsese many times) did a good job on this film, but I hate the zoom ins on the faces. The acting was spot on and almost flawless, characters were consistent with themselves. I was expecting an orge throughout this whole film, I won't spoil if this happened or not.

Brandon W (us) wrote: Monster House is a fantastic movie debut from Gil Kenan that is very scary for a kid's film. The kid actors are terrific, and the effects are outstanding to look at with images that look very frightening. The characters are really good, and are actually like kids these days. The story is very imaginative, original, and very creepy. It has some funny moments that lightens up the film from not traumatizing the little kids. It has creepy moments that would scare the kids a lot, but I think of it as a sign of growing up and living up the fears so that the kids won't be able to be afraid of anything, at least that's what I think of it. Monster House is a very smart kids movie that is a lot of fun to watch.

Matt G (ag) wrote: This horror-western is like a deathly serious, vampire-version of Zombieland?which when you take out that fun film?s humor, it?s just not something I?m that interested in. There are some cool scares and attacks, but the over-arching pessimism and rough-guy-with-a-heart-of-gold trope were too much for me to fully enjoy.
Matt H (kr) wrote: Strange film. Not sure what it's trying to say, other than that kids can be stupid sometimes.
Hoyee L (mx) wrote: This movie is a different take on Olympus Has Fallen", in this movie, instead of a Secret Service matching wits with bad guys, it's Capital Police Officer Cale (Tatum) and instead of the President being white, POTUS in this one is black (Foxx)
Justin A (mx) wrote: Well, I watched this kind of with nostalgia goggles. This was a movie I liked a lot as a kid and was one of the earlier introductions to horror movies for me (1992/93 was a big time for me to learn about all horror movies). So this movie kind of has a special place in my heart, even if it's pretty bad and part of a series that probably never produced a single good movie.Though it's not THAT bad. This was typical 90s direct-to-video horror (wait... this wasn't direct-to-video?). There were a lot of bad horror movies that came out during this time period and this was not the worst one. It's very silly and has some corny deaths, but there is some entertainment to be had from the melodrama, terrible CGI, bad acting, and original death scenes. Death by nosebleed? Houses falling on old ladies? An old woman being hit by a truck and sent flying through a window? Good stuff! It's almost (ALMOST) close to be a so-bad-it's-good movie. There was just that little something extra that was missing from this movie to make it worthwhile. As it stands, it's kind of a skippable, pointless sequel. There's just no audience to recommend it to (maybe fans of early 90s horror? [if those exist]).
