Nor do they have unexplained "establishing shots". Sean Stone (son of Oliver Stone) did pretty much nothing right here. The only positive I can give this flick, is the obligatory "bonus points" for their obligatory hot chick. In this case, 3 of the 4 points awarded to this movie go to the gorgeous Antonella Lentini. Who's more than a 4 btw. I'd say just steer clear of this dretch.

What ensues is a violent yet poignant tale of honor, friendship, and duty. There isn't a lot of room for character development or acting, but the chemistry between the actors is fantastic and the frenetic ballet of bloodshed and bullets recalls classic John Woo. Exiled is one of Johnnie To's best films, and an excellent addition to the crime thriller genre.

(it) wrote: This movie had potential. It could have been as good as the first movie, but it fails pitifully. DeNiro and Crystal were not in therapy at all in the movie, what made the first movie hilarious. They turn into a Lethal Weapon/ Showtime-esqe buddy buddy duo. Billy Crystal was not funny in my opinion. Instead of watching this movie, rent the first one and go and see Adaptation.

(es) wrote: Henry Winkler was an odd choice to play Chuck. Ron Howard obviously chose him because they were friends and because Henry was popular on television at the time. But Winkler ruins this movie. On the other hand, Keaton makes it really good. Funny guy. So I'm split between a bad actor and a good one.

(fr) wrote: Clubber Lang is the best antagonist Rocky has faced, and the writers do a good job of distinguishing this film from its predecessors and creating new drama, rather than simply rehashing the same storylines. But while still enjoyable, I think it's about a half-step down from the first two installments.Grade: B+
(ru) wrote: A very good Vampire/Werewolf action film with some good effects and some fun well done action scenes, The story was a little over told for a long period of the film when there was no need it to be, But overall a good enjoyable film for anyone a fan of action films
(br) wrote: This film is popular with audiences because it convincingly recreates the food service industry's jolly bleakness, manic energy and dysfunctional-family atmosphere, which resonates with many people who have been there. It is unpopular among critics because its central motifs are homophobia, statutory rape and gross-out humor.
