Kitty G (es) wrote: OH MY GOD this is dreadful! I had to have heard somewhere it was good or interesting... something compelling enough to put it on my "want to see" list, but I can't imagine what. It's just... A mess. Like a really bad Saturday Morning OG Readmore type production... Curse my OCD/Completist heart, or I really have shut it off. Not even enjoyable on a camp level.

Michael C (de) wrote: absolutely beautiful. Acting was brilliant and the plot was executed perfectly. BURNING MAN tells a story like no other movie has with its constant flash backs to describe every detail, every feeling and every emotion that occurred during Tom and Sarah's relationship. overall it's a different style of filmmaking but it works extremely well.

Kyle A (nl) wrote: While spending an entire movie following around a little boy as he tries to make an extra buck here and there in a very real interpretation of New York City can seem boring, "Chop Shop" is anything but, thanks to it's amazing lead character. Ali (Alejandro Polanco) is spunky and endearing, filled with goals and dreams for a better life for himself and his sister. We never see the life that he dreams of, but that's far from the point. Just like director Ramin Bahrani's first film, "Man Push Cart","Chop Shop" is only considered with reality. He doesn't worry about what could be, but rather what is, and that's what makes both of his films essential viewing.

Kristian M (au) wrote: This was the first Howling movie I ever saw actually, they used to show it late at night on Showtime. Nostalgia probably sells this one for me since it's really kind of by the numbers, but I still enjoy it.

Anatoly S (ca) wrote: A pretty AWFUL horror flick with some pretty AWESOME creature designs and effects. What a waste (of effects). If you're into that sort of thing you might wanna check it out, otherwise SKIP IT.
