Van Damme again plays a dual role (how many times has he done that now?) as both a serial killer as well as a cloned version that a cop hopes can somehow keep him a step ahead of his violent counyterpart. It's worth a look for Van Damme fans, and Rooker is decent enough as the cop on the edge, but it's nothing all that ground-breaking one way or the other.Give it a rental if you're a fan of the talent involved.
