(gb) wrote: Really predictable, to a ridiculous extent. It was always going to be obvious when it's a 'sequel' to WarGames. But this film is just pitiful and offers nothing new. I was bored even when the plot was actually kicking in.The plot synopsis should read "Case of mistaken identity, but in the most uninteresting way possible. Which is an achievement considering involves terrorists and supercomputers." Seriously, stop making this shit.

(jp) wrote: Decent music bio. I got the feeling that fame came too easy and too quick for Janis Joplin. She was swept up in the San Francisco music scene, just happening to be in the right place at the right time. The movie could go more into why she used heroin, who supplied it to her, who used with her. What ultimately was a very important aspect of her life, and what killed her, is almost tangential to the story as told here.
