Dan G (fr) wrote: Seriously? This movie sucked. The trailer looked good, the storyline on the DVD case looked good, but everything else blew ass. Don't waste your time.

Thomas B (mx) wrote: The sequel is even better than the first one. The story is better, even if at times somewhat silly. The really interesting thing, though, which was a theme in the first movie but plays out even better here, is the underlying message of the wall which in the movie is physical. In real life it isn't but it is no less real. Watch past the violence, the stunningly choreographed parkour, the cool Besson style, the cheesy jokes and the clich conspiracy. There's a much more interesting and important story underneath.

Ricardo S (us) wrote: This film tells the story of two best friends in high school preparing for prom. One of them comes out as gay, and their friendship is tested."Date and Switch" is a fun and lighthearted comedy about a teenager coming to terms with his sexuality, exploring his life and lifestyle. The film is full of stereotypical characters and situations, but one thing that is not stereotypical is that the lead characters are not the super camp queen that is present in many gay films. The emotional climax is a little disappointing, but the fun and happy ending makes up for it. "Date and Switch" has a but of predictability and a bit of unpredictability. I guess that's what makes the film fun.

I didn't get bored and turn it off, so at least that says something..
