Loner Mark Lewis works at a film studio during the day and, at night, takes racy photographs of women. Also he's making a documentary on fear, which involves recording the reactions of victims as he murders them. He befriends Helen, the daughter of the family living in the apartment below his, and he tells her vaguely about the movie he is making. She sneaks into Mark's apartment to watch it and is horrified by what she sees -- especially when Mark catches her.

(nl) wrote: Robin Williams, poorly acting, plays five men, all named Hector, through different World eras, not that you will care about any of the segments, because the writing is terrible and the acting is awful and for some reason the narrator speaks in a bored matter of fact tone. I remember this was supposed to be a big movie and Robin Williams went on talk shows promoting it and then, the reviewers skunked it and the movie went away.

(mx) wrote: Though this fifth film in The Pink Panther comedy film series (I personally don't count the Inspector Clouseau film without Sellers to be canon) isn't as consistent with the laughs and script this is still an entertaining film that once again has plus points over the previous films. I like the fact Cato has a more expanded role compared to the prior films, the action is the best in the series and I like all the different disguises Clouseau uses. It also has a solid cast, good score and I like the plot but I can't forgive the return of Dreyfus since he clearly died in the previous film.
(it) wrote: Ok here's the bottom line. This is a movie where a fire breathing, rocket propelled turtle/gymnast has to fight a shark with arms, legs, and a Rambo knife nose to save two stupid kids who apparently like to trespass on space ships willie nillie... because hey, why not? Add that to the random chubby white kid and the fact that the Japanese don't seem to know ANYTHING about outer space, and you have a film that is, hands down, pure gold. Seriously, you can say what you want about this film - and there is alot of bad stuff you could say - but NEVER will you find a film a Japanese monster flick so mindlessly original and unintentionally funny. I laughed so hard when I watched this movie that the sheer force of my own manhood was the only thing that kept me from crying. By the end of the movie, I had my own theme song for Knife Shark and was thoroughly convinced that the combination of fire and turtles is the only thing that will bring balance to the universe. In conclusion, this movie is so awesome it will make your head explode.
