Mika P (au) wrote: To be honest I had no high hopes for this movie and it delivered that. This is by far the worst in the series. It has jokes in it that children would not even understand, I chucked few times because I understood them but I don't think adults would enjoy it at all. Kids movie that parents will have to sit and watch through. Few things are left unclear, the movie is just boring. You don't feel that "adventure" vibe of previous ones. 1/5 This is the lowest rating I have ever given and it deserves it.I really hope they won't make another one

David G (kr) wrote: Deranged action comedy from veteran Hong Kong director Hark Tsui which stars JCVD and Rob Schneider as a pair of shady Hong Kong fashion designers who find themselves teaming up with the CIA to take down an evil gang who want to hold the world to ransom with explosive trousers. Or something. Don't worry though, the film is so insanely hyperactive, over-stylised and over-directed, it mercifully distracts from how laughably moronic the plot is. Not that you'll actually be able to tell what the heck's even going on half the time, what with your every sense being assaulted violently from every direction with a constant barrage of madness. Still, while it is does have all the traits of a truly terrible movie, there's something strangely endearing about it and I'm not entirely sure what it is. It's just so eager and desperate to please, it's like the movie equivalent of a puppy, yapping and bouncing around your feet with limitless energy, refusing to give up until it wins you over. Of course one person's idea of "endearing" will be another person's idea of "f***ing awful" so approach Knock Off with caution. A LOT of caution.

This could be down to the fact that Cub's narrative is smapled on Genius/GZA - Liquid Swords, So much blood and Lone Wolf is probably one of the nastiest cunts in the history of cinema.
