Vuk S (fr) wrote: Like many people I saw the cover art and thought "Wow, Carradine hunts monsters, I have to see this", and like most low budget titles, the DVD cover art has nothing to do with the actual movie. This movie is actually a half-mockumentary about a serial killer, and somewhat a journey through that killer's depraved mind. David Carradine is NOT the star here, he just plays a rogue FBI agent who believes he can see demons in serial killers. The movie was surprisingly pretty good, I actually watched it 2 times.

Esther H (gb) wrote: Fun, enjoyable romantic comedy. Rani is adorable as a girl who dresses like a guy to play cricket. Of course, it gets complicated when she falls for the captain, Shahid Kapoor. Silliness and a predictable, but enjoyable ending ensues.

Taylor H (au) wrote: This movie is a gem. I've always loved the way Kurt Russell was never ashamed to do a B-movie, the man is one of the last true workhorses of Hollywood and the results really show in movies like this. Russell's exploration of a salty modern day American expatriate is one of the most hilarious, creative, and quotable characters I've ever seen. Must watch.

Brad G (es) wrote: "We've got a bad case of the jitters." A so-so B-Movie plot that's saved thanks to the iconic cheesy design of The Man From Planet X, the fishbowl alien bent on world domination. A newspaper man, a professor, a damsel, and some A Bomb suits are our only hope against the alien and his collision course planet. Not genius, but a solid time waster. VF.

Michael R (br) wrote: One of the best and most underrated sequels in cinematic history. Hellbound delves deeper in the mythology set up so artfully by Cliver Barker, all while adding even more graphic and frightening terrors to the mix.

Daniel D (br) wrote: *some spoilers in reviewMy rating is lower than what the general consensus says of this film, and yes I understand it's making a statement about racism and isn't just about an attack dog. The dog is gentle and sweet around loved ones but a total monster amongst blacks, like many racists. That's a nice message and all, but the film itself doesn't add up. There were minor details that I'd be willing to wipe off, but after a dog kills a man, the dog will be put down, without a doubt. That would not be simply covered up, and it doesn't make sense from any side to cover it up. Then into the more technical stuff outside the story, Kristy McNichols performance was painfully amateur, and the rest of the cast wasn't a whole lot better. Fuller as a director did a fairly impressive job, but as a co-writer he failed miserably in an attempt to make a realistic screenplay. The ending that attempted to be depressing, was predictable in a sense. It tried to hard in my opinion, but didn't let out enough.

Victor T (es) wrote: This was a bad movie because I could not really get invested in Amy Schumer's character. I could not for the life of me understand what made her attractive, in terms of personality. Amy is hilarious, I do not dispute that. But that is not the question. The question is why would the Bill Hader character as he was portrayed be interested or even willing to put up with the character played by Schumer. I related more to Amy's sister as being the heroine. If the movie was about that character, I would have been happier. This thing sucks.

Paul D (gb) wrote: While the man and the story that this is based on is interesting, I found the film to be sluggish at times. The performances are adequate, but there is nothing overly special here. However, the movie does get you to consider your own attitude towards compliance.
