Raja Thakur is a bandit, but a bandit with a difference. He is principled, he has respect for women, and is a man of his word. So when he assures Seth Dhanraj that he will deliver his missing daughter, Sheetal, to him even if he has to sacrifice his life, one can do nothing but believe in him. Raja Thakur does find Sheetal, only now she is known as Janniya, a dancing courtesan. He also finds out the people responsible for her plight, and decides to teach them a lesson. Before he could do so, Sheetal is kidnapped by a city gangster and held for ransom. Now Raja Thakur will have to leave the rural area, where he rules, and go into an unknown territory, to deal with unknown gangsters, and he must do so in order to keep his word.

It bases its plot on high-school stereotypes and cliques.I enjoyed that, despite being a DCOM movie, the actors weren't actors from a Disney show that were pulled into a movie. And the movie also isn't riddled with music made by said tv-show actors. The plot is somewhat original. The acting wasn't amazing but it was good. Comparing this movie to the pool of every movie ever made, it will rank low on my list. But comparing it to other DCOM movies, it ranks pretty high up. It's not a cheesy movie made by Disney actors that can't really act.My main issue with the movie is the exposition. The exposition is done confessional-cam style...which is odd. It's as if the characters are using the film crew camera to document and commentate on events leading up to the characters...ever meeting...and ever actually filming...That wasn't thought out well.Overall this movie was entertaining, for a DCOM movie. I might sit down and watch it again if I'm bored enough.
Emily E (gb) wrote: The cinematography was pretty good, for that I liked it. The effects were decently done and only looked overly digital in one or two places. Good idea for a film but poorly plotted out.The acting and story line were the opposite. It would be a compliment to say that the acting were as good as a B rated movie would generally have. The story was hokey and predictable with a lame love story overlapping the actual supposed story. The climactic points that were hinted at didn't really become resolved and there was a good amount of non-sequinned deaths. A bunch of other random crap happened and then it ended abruptly in a nonsensical manner. I gave it one and a half stars for the effects and idea.

Good luck delivering it though. It's like normal society, except more murderous, more rotten, more back-stabbing, more lying. Same but more worse. Just imagine society run by idiots and psychopaths. That is this film.
