Robert N (es) wrote: A haunting account on two teenagers to set up to plan a shooting similar to the columbine shooting. Despite only using camcorders, the film is very disturbing, but in an enlightening way. This film takes the questions of youth and accessibility to firearms. Zero Day is a scary, but well made film on a school shooting.

I almost don't even remember watching it, it was so nondescript. Instead of watching this, just stare at a blank wall and invent a movie in your head.

Brad S (es) wrote: I somehow missed this 80's gem as a kid, and it's a shame as i think i really would've liked it then. It's actually pretty mature for a kids movie which I found refreshing. i have always liked Dabney Coleman and he has dual roles here. Henry Thomas is the lead, playing a kid obsessed with spies and videogames. There is a strong Atari presence in this film. Richard Franklin does a decent enough job directing, he also directed "Psycho 2" and F/X 2", both of which I re-watched in the last couple years. This one is for 80's fans only.
Ben J (de) wrote: Excellent - refreshing, original, touching. Some wonderful and richly painted characters - though the actors for the lead aren't perfect. The Monty Python themed breakdown from a Sheldon Cooper-like whiz kid was a highlight for me, together with the unpolished scenes of everyday life in Taipei, and finally the stinging beauty of the finale. A British film with integrity and sincerity at last :)

Paul B (it) wrote: Fulci's 3rd instalment in a Zombie quartet and it is a genre classic. Telling the story of a hotel built over one of the seven gates of hell, this is filled with gore, scares & trademark okay acting. A neat twist at the end pulls everything together nicely in a film that subverts your expectations about what may happen next in almost every scene. Classic stuff.
