It was low budget (Well, all horror's are) but done quick well as it's more atmospheric and usually quick dark. It is a good idea and does try to produce something new and the cast were actually quick good, if somewhat stereotyped in their cliche ways. Some good gory moments but almost predictable, that is, until the end. I wouldn't say I'd compare this with Saw, unlike some critic's have done but does have an amazing, throw-you-off twist at the end, and even "that" twist throws you off to what really was going on. It's directed only a horror director can do and that's use mood lighting, great sound effects (Even though in the film, you realize it's the "Producers" of the reality show doing all that stuff, quite smart) and everything else you'd expect. The only problem with this film is, is it's not scary, which is a shame, the shocks in this are quite predictable and nearly laughable. It was great that the film had a few tongue in cheeks. You do feel for the characters but it's the ending that was brilliant. Better than most horrors, just not scary. "Reality TV" films is getting a little old, but this freshened it up but just a little. Better than most horror's of it's genre. Just for the record, this isn't a indie film but part of others called "After Dark Originals", I might have to check them out.

"People I Know" ; the people in power, who glorify you, who use you, who make you famous, who do favors, the same people who bring you down, leave you alone to die when they are done with you.
