The stunts are largely enjoyable and for the most part believable, Basinger and Carrera are equally sexy in their respective roles. On the whole its an enjoyable piece of cinema with solid direction from Kershner, hot after The Empire Strikes Back. There are worse ways to spend a Sunday afternoon, Casino Royale springs to mind.

The first scenes are perfect examples...the background is obvious.I like the use of tv monitors for viewing outside (instead of windows...something nasa and subs should do, glass isn't a good idea for obvious reasons) but the lamps inside the ship LOL total opposite!Anyway it's actually not that bad of a movie. If it comes on tv give it a watch.

(de) wrote: I found Everything will be fine very tedious in the beginning because it seemed to just move glacially, but over time I became fascinated with the characters and how one horrible accident affected their lives and those around them. I keep thinking about these characters. I think this is a much better movie than most critics and audience members think it is.
