BackBone R (kr) wrote: Really enjoyed this one creative new fresh and funny I mean the chemistry was great the cameos were neat and the plot twist was just whoops I mean go into this movie with an open mind disregarding the critics and enjoy what the movie is trying to do which is make you laugh

Simon D (fr) wrote: Really strong cast and pretty funny. This is the story of Petie Green a DJ who went from being a prison message announcer to a US celebrity. The start of the film is great, it does get a bit slow and formulaic near the end though. Still, I really enjoyed this, mainly due to Don Cheadle who was splendid.

Sean D (au) wrote: A pretty crazy film. I guess the whole point was to explore Mars for inhabitation but that fails for some reason and then there is some kind of marker being protected by invisible or hidden entities, after later exploration the marker is much more than what people thought it was. The travels and tribulations through space are skipped for the most part and the last half hour of the film are spent focusing on the marker. A fairly difficult plot to follow with a lot of personal struggles the film is fairly interesting and exciting and has a sort of niche feel or approach to it.

Max M (es) wrote: less memorable than kurtzman's wishmaster probably the weakest horror sequel of them all

Corwin J (es) wrote: By far the WORST movie ever. It's horror romance, complete with mysogeny, taxidermy, bullying, crap dialogue and nonsensical plot line. Romantic lead (singers should stop acting in movies): "you look aweful go get dressed", "don't talk to me on our fishing date", let me order you to sit next to me, let me try to get in your pants at the creepy drive through, but I refuse to share anything with you about "California". Leading lady: my daughter just got violently bullied, but I'm going to sing to her dressed as a black-tooth clown.Murderously angry. This movie is an insult to everything decent. Who wrote this nightmare?

David M (mx) wrote: An anemic film that lacks focus, direction, and purpose. This film bumbles through a slap-shot attempt at a dark comedy but completely misses all marks. Too much gore,Too much nudity,Too much "romance",Too much heart (for a vampire movie),No comedy,No suspense,Complete miss on casting Anne Parillaud as a vampire,The score was a complete shambles,With a great supporting cast a lot of good possibilities were missed. This film was a real pain in the neck just to finish watching.

Adam T (mx) wrote: I absolutely love Laurel and Hardy. They are a funny bunch, especially when they did their actions, like they do in this film.

Hannah D (nl) wrote: This is a very nice version of the classic Thomas Hardy novel. I am glad they took their time on it taking it to nearly three hours so we could enjoy the atmosphere and nice scenary. I still preferred the BBC version, though.
