There's some aspects I like: the fencing fight, the invisible card, the sci-fi elements, the colorful ice palace. Maybe it could have worked as a highly stylized film had the villain had a plot that wasn't done 10 times before and if literally every scene in the movie wasn't based on scenes in prior movies.
