Adrian W (gb) wrote: It's good but seems to loose its way a little part way though and didn't really have a satisfying end. Very well acted, beautiful to look at and gripping at the beginning though.

Private U (es) wrote: With an unexpected Aussie beating a 6 time world champ in the World 24hr MTB Championship I've got to get my hands on this

Amanda H (ca) wrote: This movie managed to badly capture every horror movie cliche I've ever seen. The plot was mildly entertaining, but the whole thing was so badly produced and unoriginal and badly acted that it was impossible to enjoy it much.

halit e (ca) wrote: well .. what was that... just liked the captures...

Balaji R (fr) wrote: A movie that is all heart and if you don't lose yours to it, you may need to get a checkup :)

Neil G (gb) wrote: Hard talk hard issues and stuff that needed to get out of the system

HungYa L (mx) wrote: Used to watch Far and Away so many times because I have always been fascinated by everything about Ireland. Not a big fan of Tom Cruise but this movie I enjoy quite a lot.

Timothy J (it) wrote: A cheap attempt to cash in on the popularity of the Aliens movies. Poorly written. And worse no one seems to be that afraid. Shouldn't the trapped occupants of a submerged mine that are gradually being consumed by a monster be a little bit fearful.

Fabian L (it) wrote: The question everybody is asking is, whatever happened to the little girl who played Meg? It appears she never pursued an acting career too. She was so adorable.

Joshua B (ag) wrote: And this is not due to Snoop Dogg....just saw a trailer for it before Nine Lives...and it doesn't look all that bad...not great, but good

Jill Marie (de) wrote: my favorite movie of all time!!!!

Darrin C (nl) wrote: I didn't get what was so great about this film. I guess it depends on what one is ready to see. This was something of a mysterious investigation of sorts and I just expected better.

Private U (mx) wrote: My favorite Chaney film, I only wish that they whole film had survived. This film truely shows Chaney's talents as an actor.

Laura M (gb) wrote: It could have been better but it wasn't bad. It's like Hoffman said in an interview, the movie just wasn't finished and it shows

(de) wrote: This movie deserves far more praise than it has received. A cinematic portrayal of Eliade's novel, and work, is a fantastic experiment, and Coppola pulls it off in spades. Narrating a frustrated academic's search for the origin of language amid the turbulence of twentieth century Europe, through an almost magic-realism lens, provides such a unique cinematic experience. The wistful quality to his search, and love affair, is intoxicating, and Roth makes this character his own. For people interested in broad approaches to cinema, it's simply a must-watch.

Ken T (mx) wrote: It! may have inspired Alien, but in terms of quality these two films cannot be compared. It! is highly watchable and laugh out loud funny - sort of a what not to do in space. A rescue team is brought to Mars to bring back the lone survivor of a Mars base. He is accused of killing all the men on the base, but the man claims that something else did the dirty work. But could there be a stowaway in the form of a man in a clunky alien spacesuit on board?! You betcha! Bad acting, terrible dialogue, cheesy effects (even for the time) and a horrible monster definitely makes this fine Friday night fodder.
