Simon W (de) wrote: Watched the trailer and when it started it just looked like your standard poor thriller of the week - but as it went on it started to look pretty good. I'm interested to see which way it'll go. Also, never really liked the lead (Knew him from Buffy) so it'll be nice if he can pull this role off. Interesting.

Film C (br) wrote: The special FX were good, the acting is quite okay but still, you can't go wrong with Spielberg except from Hook.

David P (br) wrote: The finale is good and I do appreciate the homages to earlier Batman movies and the TV show. The real problem is it just too long and drawn out. It spends way too much time telling the back story of Batman. Also, I'm not impressed with Christian Bale's Batman performance. The growly gruff voice just doesn't add any value to the character. Bale is like George Lazenby. Lazenby was in a really good James Bond movie On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Lazenby's performance as Bond was awful. Begins is an ok movie at best, but Bale's performance doesn't do anything to make the movie any better.

Terrence N (us) wrote: Goddamn Italian movies are so fucking greasy and filthy. Watching a few of these movies you'd think the entire country smells of excrement and mutilated flesh. You don't see too many scenes in American cinema where the villians force their captive to piss in front of them (which is a shame). Supposedly an unfinished product, Rabid Dogs is intense throughout and features good sleazy performances from the group. Rape and stabbings to follow. It's amazing that Mario Bava made something like this and he was so good at it, I went through a bunch of his films and saw nothing that matches the depravity and hilarity found here. I knew there was a twist going in and was still pretty shocked by the outcome. The ending only cements how mean-spirited and brutal this film truly is.

Natalie O (jp) wrote: I have nothing negative to say about this film; in fact, I love it! It's enthralling and it is acted brilliantly. It touched my heart and made me laugh. There's something about Leila's innocent view of love and life that is just captivating! I really would recommend this film!
