Dianne G (ru) wrote: This movie was HORRIBLE!! Me and a friend kept waiting for it to get better but it was so depressing and just awful!

Marc G (ca) wrote: It's done well enough, but I hate docs with an agenda other than presenting unbiased fact.

Thomas S (us) wrote: {{Two Stars: "OK" Movie}}I remember when I was really young I used to watch this movie all the time. I really loved it. But, That was a special time, when I had no idea what a "critic" was, neither what an "Americanization" meant.

Ts Yeung Yvonne P (au) wrote: It is funny to watch this film. They speak English?? The action sequences are great. The deaths are not suppose to be funny, but with blood spraying like this, seriously? And the little boy is cutest Japanese boy I've seen in movie history. Overall, I find it entertaining. I wonder if Wong Kar Wai's "ashes of time" bears reference to this film. For those of you who had seen both films, I am talking about the dialogue of the blind swordman and the final scene in this film.

Mark T (kr) wrote: Lets face it. It should have been orangutan Clyde whose name was on the poster, not Eastwood, he was robbed there, but totally steals the show in this cheeseball road movie. The script writers forgot to incorporate a plot though. 'Right turn Clyde'.

Moses S (fr) wrote: some funny parts, but mostly just weird. Not my cup of tea.

Jareth S (ru) wrote: Over the top women's pciture/weepie melodrama at its 1940s Hollywood best. You'll' either love this or hate it.

Barry T (ag) wrote: I went into watching this with great expectations....bad move...very disappointing, made me wonder what all the plaudits it receives is about !

David B (gb) wrote: My favourite film and a great horror that has fantastic acting from the cast. Brilliant storyline, great editing and camera work. It was a great twist at the end that most films hardly pull off. Brilliant film. The film pulls off a beautiful grittiness with some great quick-fire scenes and sometimes pulls of the odd shock. The music is superb and pulls off what most horror films can't do and that's keep you on the edge of your seat. One of the best horrors around. Way better than a "Stalker killing bimbo teenagers" plot. Fantastically written and Directed by James Wan (Now master of old fashion horror stories). Cary Elwes will never be in a better film and shockingly great performance from him. James Wan's sadistic, Halloween-ready gore fest suggests a reality television competition like Fear Factor, carried to the nth degree of cruelty. Inventive and diverting entertainment for fans of moody horror mysteries. And the end is cool. Say no more. Though this is about to start another six films, this is still one of the best psychological films ever made to date and never will beat it's originality. Amazing, brilliant film with one of the greatest twists in horror.
