Ratih A (us) wrote: It's beautiful, this is modern day circus. The performance of everyone was stunning, the costume, and the creativity in this is crazy. Your imagination will be running wild when you see this movie. But, there's some scene that i found not quite entertaining. Other than that it's like a vacation for your imagination.

Sein K (kr) wrote: Dated, but good. I used to love this movie (actually, I loved Corey Haim but whatever) and hadn't seen it in years. It was still exciting and well done. Although the book is far better.
Greg S (fr) wrote: Wide-eyed Pinky (Sissy Spacek) latches onto delusional Millie (Shelly Duval) until an accident causes a radical personality shift. Fascinating, subtly unnerving psychological mystery that provides a bridge between PERSONA (1966) and LOST HIGHWAY (1997).
Sylvester K (ru) wrote: The hallmark of French science fiction films, La Jete is a time travel romantic drama where a man is being sent back to the past before the apocalypse occurred and he fell in love with a woman. The film is presented with still images and a narration. I got the same feeling as I watched A Trip to the Moon, it's simple yet serene.
Lynne N (ca) wrote: The plot is a little far-fetched, even for Sirk, but that is just one flaw and is easily forgiven. Everything else about Magnificent Obsession clearly demonstrates Sirk's genius - and the movie is filled with the common marks of his work - beautiful photography and use of colour, intelligent symbolism, multiple layers and subtexts and, of course, the beautiful Rock Hudson in a leading role. Not as moving as some of his other works (Imitation of Life will always be my favourite I think), but still a brilliant piece of cinema from one of the best Directors in the business.
