Shikhar

Drama - Opposing ideologies are at the heart of this offbeat tale directed by John Mathew Matthan. On one side of the debate is greedy, conniving businessman Gaurav Gupta (Ajay Devgan), who values money above all else; on the other side stands industrial tycoon Srinath Vardhan (Javed Sheikh), who believes in using wealth to benefit society. Caught in the cross fire, unfortunately, is Vardhan's susceptible son, Jaidev (Shahid Kapoor). - Ajay Devgn, Shahid Kapoor, Bipasha Basu

Krista B (de) wrote: This movie is a ridiculously massive, steaming pile of smelly cheese. However, that is exactly what the title suggests it is, and so I have no complaints. I got exactly what I expected of it, and it was actually pretty funny in places, too. Grab some friends and watch it for a laugh.

Andrew R (ru) wrote: A nice piece of low-budget sci-fi crap from the eighties, starring that master actor of low-budget, sci-fi crap...Bruce Campbell. A small robotic device from outer space is brought back to earth, and proceeds to morph into a giant cyborg kiling machine using test-tubes and flappy bits of skin. The object is determined to have arrived from the moon, and so a team of astronauts are sent to investigate. They discover the obligitory ancient citadel infested with alien killing machines, and the plot weaves the familiar path towards a 'we all saw that coming ending. Camp acting, bad dialougue and dated special effects somehow fail to completely ruin this movie. It keeps one hand precariously gripped around cult-movie status.

David H (nl) wrote: A suspensful Mystery with one of the sickest Psychopaths of all Time in a Culty 60's Style with the superb Soundtrack of The Zombies.
