John F (mx) wrote: Considering the title it is a noisy film with the clatter of the day to day life in the monastery an enigma! But it is true to life. A haunting film that grasps you and drags you into their lives. The " still small voice of God" proclaimed in the first scenes clearly speak to these men through the clamour.Life changing if you let it!

Mark W (es) wrote: A similar yet slightly weaker experience... Some elements of this film I enjoyed; others not so much! The gore was upped, but the story just presented nothing really knew and more of the same! Although the wheelchair scene and the house crushing scene warrant enough reason to watch this film, I think theres enough fun to be had here on it's own merit... Far from a bad movie!

Eric B (jp) wrote: Sure, "Black Narcissus" has wonderful colors, lighting and cinematography. But the story? Not much beyond its initial premise (nuns in the Himalayas), a stock "scoundrel" character and, eventually, one crazy nun who seems totally implausible. Mere visuals shouldn't be enough to establish this film as a major classic.
Matthew M (fr) wrote: Cars raises the Pixar bar even higher. This movie is down to earth and hilarious. The plot is great because you never see a big shot celebrity like Lightning McQueen ending up in a small city like Radiator Springs and wanting to stay there. I would recommend this movie to anyone.
