(es) wrote: An original, though slight, thriller that's well acted and paced. Makes the most of its modest budget, although a bit more noir could've elevated it a notch.
(it) wrote: Rowan Atikinson at his best and the dude that acted as Yanosh Poah from Ghostbusters 2. The feel good movie of 1997!

(br) wrote: Another Disney comedy that can be enjoyed for what it is, a family in a dire situation getting out of it with mildly funny scenarios.
(us) wrote: Paula Patton may be easy on the eyes but she has no business trying to carry a film. RomComs require the barest minimum of acting talent, but still she wasn't up to the task.

This film is perhaps best known for Peter Sellers' understated performance as the head of the workers union. It's a well-made, cuttingly funny examination of corruption at every level.
