Mitchell F (kr) wrote: A send-up to sleazy, low quality cinema at it's best: double featured, gory, hilarious, and stuffed to the brim with all kinds of filmic treasures, a one-of-a-kind rarity in contemporary cinema.

Jadrien D (jp) wrote: It's a good thing that Paul Newman's character was only faking the stroke, because the movie was only good when he was a part of the action. Still, I wasn't able to really get into this one... and I do so much enjoy it when a movie sets you up to pull for the "bad guys."

Gregory M (jp) wrote: This was a really entertaining movie, full of imagination and amazing one-liners. The best thing about this French dark comedy was the exceptional cast and the amazing female characters they portrayed. The musical scenes were either very good and quite fitting or they managed to ruin the moment. Overall it was quite fun and pretty interesting but the finale saddly managed to disappoint.

Frances H (kr) wrote: Interesting movie, made even better by Christopher Walken and Dennis Leary. Loved the bit about his boots. Johnny Galecki's character was hilarious. But the plot twists weren't as twisty as they could have been. I guessed part of the end from almost the beginning. But very interesting.

moviescriticnet (ru) wrote: This is probably David Cronenberg's best movie. Extremely underrated and well ahead of it's time, it could have easily been a book written by William Burroughs or James Ballard. The thematic of this post-modern masterpiece is once again the classic Cronenberg obsession with the ways technology completely transforms the human body and soul (and vice versa). Do not mind the cheesy trailer (80s) and don't miss the opportunity to enter the Cronenberg universe in it's most complete form. Long live the new flesh!Grade: A+

Trent R (us) wrote: Kino's new blu-ray transfer is spectacular, representing Cardiff's 3-strip Technicolor cinematography well within the filmic potential of the medium. Mason broods, Garner dazzles, and the seaside landscapes churn and twist with color.

Chris B (mx) wrote: Another good addition to the Harry Potter franchise. Once again a bit long but that is just nitpicking. This film has the best cinematography so far through the franchise. I loved the romance in this film between Ron and Hermione. Harry Potter is growing in power and maturity and can't wait to see where his story goes. It was also nice to finally see Dumbledore really show how powerful he is.

Matthew d (nl) wrote: This isn't a good film at all. A rather mundane account of a couple of Hasidic Jews who get involved in smuggling ecstasy pills into the USA. A couple of funny lines, but I failed to see what the point of the film actually was.

Rorshach S (au) wrote: Zootopia's fluid animation and attention to detail make it a joy to watch, but its hypocritical moral message will leave older audiences more frustrated than satisfied.
