Mark A (ru) wrote: Abrasively crude and admittedly scattershot, War on Everyone's enjoyment factor hinges entirely upon whether or not you can stomach the two morally reprehensible characters who are ostensibly the protagonists of the film.I like my humor dark as hell, so this worked for me to a degree

Marcus W (br) wrote: A complete waste of time.

Kyle K (es) wrote: SHORT & SWEET REVIEW: Not even close to the funniest movie focused on gaming culture. Good for some laughs, but not too many.

Ben S (gb) wrote: The movie is forgettable and all the movies in this series start to blend together in one jumbled mess of "film."

Michelle R (ag) wrote: I am a lover of design and design philosophy. You don't have to be one to enjoy this documentary. When you get the great Dieter Rams, Jonathan Ive and Marc Newson into one program talking about design philosophy you think to yourself that the world could be a better place because of them - they are today's philosophers ... IMHO

Daniel M (br) wrote: "Brilliantly acted and emotionally powerful" is quite accurate. I never expected this film to be so sad, I expected it to start off a bit gloomy and eventually get much better leading up to a happy ending. That didn't happen. The acting was just amazing and the plot so interesting - but the result of it all was quite sad. Nevertheless, it's a must-see.

Kimmo K (mx) wrote: Very dark humor here, i tell you! I love this movie. Think positive, people! Positive Rules, NOT!!!

Lee M (au) wrote: As its title jokingly implies, this is a more grown-up version of Aniston's long- running TV vehicle--complete with the star herself as eternal ingenue.

Tara G (mx) wrote: A very, very good movie. Everyone's acting was very good. Before watching this movie, I never heard of Richard Bruce Nugent.

Josh L (au) wrote: these movies were really weak hahahaha

Layne N (us) wrote: I liked it well enough. Kind of out there, yet inviting and interesting enough to draw the audience in. Some-what quixotic in nature, yet it works for the style and acting. Great acting by the way.

StorytellerShannon M (it) wrote: A dark comedy loosely based on the true tale of a woman who tried to kill her husband multiple times for philandering. Kevin Kline plays the philandering Italian husband and just goes to show why he's a true actor who can play multiple personalities in pictures (compare him in this picture to Dave? or Sophie's Choice? or A Fish Called Wanda? or French Kiss? and many others). Tracy Ullman is his unassuming wife with supporting roles by River Phoenix, Keanu Reeves, James Gammon, Joan Plowright,Heather Graham and William Hurt. Note that this picture was in 1990 so some of these people were not big names at the time.Small role by Kline's wife, Phoebe Cates who was working on Drop Dead Fred? and hence why her hair styles were the same in both pictures. Her appearance was uncredited and as a favor. Note the homage to Bridge on the River Kwai? during one scene. The budget for this picture was a tad over $16M and it just about broke even at the Box Office. And that just goes to show that audiences are sometimes clueless.HUMOR: B to B plus; STORY/PLOTTING: B plus; CHARACTERS/DIALOGUE: B plus to A minus; CINEMATOGRAPHY: B to B plus; WHEN WATCHED: end of June 2012 (3rd viewing); OVERALL GRADE: B plus.
