Colin A (ru) wrote: Andrew Garfield shows wonderful potential and is one of Britain's most talented young actors. Peter Mullan is wonderful in this role as well.
Dannielle A (jp) wrote: I was in this play in high school so I picked it at the library. I thoroughly enjoyed Disney's version! The songs are so fun and the actors did a fabulous job, especially Carol Burnett! The costumes were fantastic and the sets were beautiful. What an adventure!
James H (ru) wrote: Fair thriller, reminiscent of Airport '75. The plot has gaping holes in it, as do many thrillers of this nature. The cast is bland. It has some tense moments at least. just not enough of them.
Jack A (au) wrote: This movie is just a fun time, Plain and simple. Off beat, random, ridiculous and a genuine laugh generator. The premise itself was funny. So many little random moments. I loved this movie. Please Andy, make another one!
Hrant B (us) wrote: Ironclad is a dark, bloody movie about the King John of England that signs the Magna Carta only to dismiss the document and rage war against the barons. Good cast, but I am sure a much better English actor could have played a better role than Paul Giamatti. Paul is a great actor but not as an English King. Overall it was a good movie, with a good plot. Okay to watch once.
Chris D (ru) wrote: From a critical standpoint, this was a awful movie. But from a relaxed perspective, this was an incredibly fun movie. And you can tell that some of the actors had a blast making.
Pavan R (ag) wrote: What an intense movie , scary at times. A true story this and hence more powerful. Superb performance by Leonardo, showed so much talent then, no wonder he does it so effortlessly now. DeNiro is superb as usual.
Kathleen W (mx) wrote: What a wild ride. You think you're getting into a fun rom com but you're not. Life is dark and difficult. Maybe the film was trying to challenge the idea the finding a man is what will make you happy, but it only subverted is as far as saying that happiness, when found, will finally help you attract a man. Some really beautiful locations and a really nice sense of place.
Sandy K (gb) wrote: A story of two romances: one of two Victorian poets, played by Jennifer Ehle and Jeremy Northam; and the other two modern-day literary scholars, played by Gwenyth Paltrow and a scruffy-looking Aaron Eckhart, who stumble upon the evidence of the poets' secret love affair, and fall for each other as they unravel the mystery. I would have liked to see more of the Victorian-era story, but enjoyed the way the two plots entwined. Artfully done!
