(nl) wrote: Pathetic movie. You'll enjoy polishing your shoes more than watching this movie. A typical Shahid Kapoor's flop.

(br) wrote: The one problem Cars2 really has, is that it is just not entertaining. It sure if as fun at times as the the first movie, but the characters are not well developed, and the story is extremely flat.
(fr) wrote: This may sound strange, but this is a very nice movie to look at. It is filmed wonderfully, but it actually becomes a hindrance to try to follow the story. There seems to be no real imagination in the screenplay and the character evolution seems to just cannibalize itself or other characters in terms of wanting to care about someone. You really could care less when someone dies. I know this is the horror movie standard, but I didn't even care about the lead. What also may be the greatest thing about this movie (sarcasm, yes) is that during the credits they keep showing doom-laced images for people's fate while cutting to really cheery and chirpy alt rock crush music.
(au) wrote: I was getting ready to be pissed off again at how stupid french producers can sometimes be, but it was actually quite amusing, well shot, and not so moronic.

(de) wrote: I absolutely adore this film. Bruce Willis playing the unsuspecting super hero was just amazing. The writing and directing of the ShamHammer is downright great. Sam Jackson plays a mentally superior being on the search for his nemesis to battle throughout life. I love how this played on comic book themes by being subtle about it at the same time. Big round of applause for Shyamalan.
(us) wrote: I think it was a beautiful lie.
(au) wrote: I have a lot of problems with Ben Affleck's character (although it may just be his acting) but this is Smith's weightiest and most legitimately artistic work, using the raunch as a back drop for an interesting and topical story.
(us) wrote: Good film. John candy steals this film! Watch a lot years ago but after watching it recently. I must say it is good but nothing amazing.
(nl) wrote: It's like being caught in a fantasy adventure, until you periodically remember that this actually happened and this is the actual footage. This treatment of the Apollo missions poetically captures the intersection of wonder and humanity that grabbed the imagination of the world, and by only using NASA's footage and the words of the astronauts.
(gb) wrote: Alfred Hitchcock's last movie isn't all it is cracked up to be. I found it overcomplicated and unengaging. Disappointing from start to finish. (First and only viewing - 1/9/2017)
(ag) wrote: I'm not quite sure what happened in this movie. I know it involves a secret society from Russia but I'm confused about other aspects like the old people orgy.
(es) wrote: This is a slow film, it's hard to stay awake at times, but you can't help but be impressed by the directors ability to bring such emotion out of such a simple story with minimalist production.
(us) wrote: A wonderful movie about family and how love really can solve everything.
(fr) wrote: This is not a good movie but it's not nearly as bad as the reviews made it sound. Depp is trying too hard but the rest of the cast is quite enjoyable.
(us) wrote: I am a fan of the music and play be I do think the leads for the movie were a miss, Laurie is presented as a brat and curly is too cardboard for my taste. Think the filmed play version with Hugh Jackman was much better and did retain all the music.
(br) wrote: This movie is pretty awesome. The riddick world makes for cool scifi plots and lots of action.
