Michelle C (fr) wrote: Utter tosh, on the box it mentions it being on a par with Saw .... It certainly isn't, its slow, the actors are rubbish, the story is just weak and I ended up fast forwarding most of it because nothing was happening. Don't waste your time ! Just get a pot of paint instead.

Anna G (de) wrote: Exquisite in every way. Something I keep with me like a warm gray sweater I won't ever give up. It is richly textured with grays and the haunting but warm rhythm of the speaker's voice.

Campbell P (nl) wrote: Not really much to say about this movie. The acting was terrible enough said there. The story was interesting and the horror part I guess was good? The "girl in little amount of clothing" thing is kind of unnecessary. Just your normal trashy horrid horror film. D

Jason J (it) wrote: The performances are really strong, an excellent cast. And it has some pretty intersting shots. Worth a look.

Sean B (it) wrote: Great documentary on an under-understood election. Incredible footage and interviews. Flawed and biased because they don't even bother to try and represent or interview McGovern's foes- interviewing Nixon's cabinet members would have been awesome...wish they had left out the shrill anti-Bush KPFA propaganda at the very start because it sets a biased tone at the outset- why not wrap up with that after everyone see's how we got there? Must seeing for any political junkies. Will Obama learn from McGovern's campaign's mistakes? Makes a great double-feature with Fog of War.

Ben B (ru) wrote: I love you Mike Leigh for the characters you give us and the wonderful and dark glimpses into human behavior and nature that are oft overlooked. Film leads, Lynda Steadman and Katrin Cartlidge are perfect.

Bill H (au) wrote: So bad it's good. A cheesy cult movie full of some bad acting, crazy script, good looking girls, and sub-par music that I still find enjoyable despite a voice-over ending that makes no sense (only added so the movie could be released). Odd that this was written by critic Roger Ebert. Crazy ass movie, bad movie, BUT... I luffs it all sick. ^_^
