Jeffrey M (us) wrote: Night Passage succeeds at being more atmospheric than Stone Cold, and features another great showing by the underrated Tom Selleck. It still has the same limitations, however, notably a formulaic plot and uninteresting antagonists. Still, very watchable.

Jeffrey L (kr) wrote: Had some funny moments and had an energetic cast.

Ramesh P (ru) wrote: Liked film as its copy of basic instinct with hero character changed.

She is rather a selfish child: see something good, and grasp it in hand. Yes some people who were hurt are dangerous to others, for they know how to live a life by themselves. Anyway, the Jeremy is really handsome in this movie. Serious looking...well sometimes "serious" means sexy for a man.

Larissa M (us) wrote: Sean penn is a cuckoo bird. I loved this story, the duality of the brothers played by David Morse and Viggo Mortensen and their supporting ladies, but boy oh boy, Sean Penn is a cuckoo bird. It's easy to lose focus during this painfully slow film but just as easy to come back to it when such strong characters show up onscreen. Especially batshit Hopper or Arquette who can't get through scene without a high pitched wail. Other than the title I didn't see any artistic merit in the use of the indian runner, visually at least.

Christina E (au) wrote: Loved it! It was made in 1959 so yes, its slow, and yeah there are plenty of similar films out there today, but this was groundbreaking for the time.
