Mira Mohd S (es) wrote: Amitabh Bachchan? yet again proves why is the living legend of Bollywood!! Since the election season is on, this is possibly the best movie to be seen! The film portrays a good social message along with the right ingredients of a commercial film (especially the humor) in order to reach a winder audience. The proceedings kinda start faltering in the 2nd half as many sequences seem repeated. Child artist Parth Bhalerao is brilliant & matched toe to toe with AB Sr in every frame. Boman Irani is simply incredible as the screwed & conniving politician. In Cameos, Shahrukh Khan & Ranbir Kapoor are perfect. And a special mention to the good soundtrack! Overall Bhoothnath Returns is An Entertaining & Superbly Acted Sequel which is worth a watch!

Jennifer v (gb) wrote: Een hele vage film.... Voor rare filmliefhebbers wel een aanrader vanwege het "kunstaspect" Maar serieus! Deze raad ik niet aan iemand aan.

Nick A (fr) wrote: Bad. It's predictable, uninteresting, and so drawn out that most scenes are just aimless rambles from characters we have no reason to care about. It does have stylist noir, but it's wasted trying so hard to throw its themes directly in your face

Matt C (it) wrote: This is just brilliant and a perfect time to watch it with Mitchell Johnson currently destroying England with his revival or true fast bowling. This touches on all aspects of the rise of West Indian cricket to become the great team of the 80s and the trials and tribulations they faced as part of the wider political context at the time. It's just fantastic, if you have even a passing interest in the sport you'll love it.

Luis O (fr) wrote: The story is weak, but it is worth watching just for the spectacles that truly leave you in awe! Why don't we have any more like that? Technology killed the masterful technique.

Russell G (de) wrote: See a bunch of assholes brag about how assholish they can be, at the expense of women!

Gordon R (us) wrote: A married man is sexually harassed by his former lover who's his new boss. This film tries too hard to be too many things, never finding a rhythm as it switches from social drama to thriller to courtroom drama.

Austin W (es) wrote: after a dissipointing reboot in 1984 godzilla vs biollante establishes what the future heisie series will be like. its ingeniously written, with smart dialog, good acting, amazing action, beautiful music, and a fantasy aspect that i love seeing in sci fi films.

Jesse Z (es) wrote: * 1/2 out of 4 stars The film starts off well and then steadily loses its intrigue and eventually loses its way through a slasher formula. It's too bad because the film is well made (the sceneries are quite spectacular)and acted. A film could have been made about living with chimps, but not here.

Timothy P (ru) wrote: 30 minutes too long. 30 minutes of too much ineffective mood setting.

Hans Z (us) wrote: Good performances by actors. Though predictable, the players carry the plot. Satisfying though somewhat unprobable ending. Possible spoilers --> I don't thing someone with agoraphobia could snap out of it that quickly. The relationship between the protagonist and the detective should have been more developed.

Curtis R (it) wrote: Perfect casting resulting in great acting. Christopher Walken eats the 50s scenery in his own patented way and the vocal performances warrant the making of this film. The editing on the other hand is sloppy resulting in pacing that clashes with the non-linear method of storytelling that has become popular in movies lately. The only other problem with the film is the final performance of Can't Take My Eyes Off You. The build up to this classic song is executed perfectly and connoisseurs of music can tell it's coming, however, the orchestration is ear bleedingly bad and comes pretty close to ruining the whole movie. Fortunately the story is compelling, the comedy is good, and the acting are able to save it.
