Ammattinsa hallitsi ehk paremmin kuin kukaan mutta elmnhallinta olikin sitten ihan toinen juttu. Harva ton "piirin" muusikko joutuu yli seitemnkymppisen kiertmn ihan vaan siksi ett rahat on loppu.

And when it did, it didn't go anywhere. There are certain things you need to do with FF flicks, if your story just doesn't hold up. You need a pretty face on camera as much as possible. Trust me, PA4 would have been unwatchable were it not for Kathryn Newton being so cute. Had this flick kept Clara Moraleda on screen more, it would have made up for the, well, dullness of the overall product. That may be shallow thinking, but hey, I'm a shallow person. Meh, see or not, you won't be missing anything either way.

Vicky S (it) wrote: Totally fun and cute. Great cast. Katherine McPhee shines. She is so pretty. Dave Annable is hilarious. So many recognizable people. Rob Schneider is a crazy guy who flies and helicopter and Mena Suvari was so funny. I had no idea she was that funny. Great date watch.

Dann M (kr) wrote: Tora! Tora! Tora! is a thrilling war epic that delves into one of the seminal events in American history. Beginning with the summer of 1941, the film follows the events in the U.S. and Japanese militaries as the two countries head down a path toward war, culminating in the attack on Pearl Harbor. The filmmakers take a largely dispassionate view, showing both sides as professional soldiers committed to their duty (leaving politics out of it). However, this results in a rather thin narrative that has too many characters. Still, the action scenes are well-done, creating an intense and riveting depiction of the attack. An ambitious historical drama, Tora! Tora! Tora! delivers a comprehensive look at the build-up to America's entry into World War II.
Steve W (kr) wrote: John Ford and Henry Fonda's first collaboration is a good one. It recounts the early days of Abraham Lincoln: novice lawyer. He gets his first case by defending two boys who murdered a deputy in self defense. They often tease with other cameos such as Mary Todd, and this legal drama is high in hearty Americana. A solid performance from Fonda in weird nose make up is worth the viewing, and he even gets an Atticus Finch moment.
Sarah H (kr) wrote: Great silent comedy from Harold Lloyd. Not quite the genius of "Safety Last," nor as cohesive, but there's lots and lots to enjoy here - great gags in a doughnut shop, a cameo from Babe Ruth, and some wonderful views of 1920s Coney Island! Plus, there's an adorable dog. 86 minutes without dialogue shouldn't be this entertaining.
Serge L (it) wrote: This is creep territory with an absurd comedic bent. The martians are a funny, devious playful bunch coming to harvest the half-breeds they implanted on earth 100000 years ago. Funny, this storyline reminds me a more serious recent marvel movie. They were on Saturn though. Anyway, here we have a bunch of too smart martians that act like englishes coming to eat soylent green not without first playing with their food. Unfortunately, an unexpected flaw in their evolutionary design saves the earthians. Very creepy and a lot happens in Las Vegas, but I would mark this as must see, like all Tim Burton's films.
