Marcus W (au) wrote: A lot like the Magnetic Fields. Interesting but ultimately kinda boring.

Sarah D (gb) wrote: This movie couldn't get any worse. It comes complete with bad acting, an unbelievable plot and an anorexic lead actress. The producers can't even get their locations right. Since when are there farms in the city of Minneapolis?

James H (es) wrote: I loved the perspective of this movie. It is probably one of the top 5 war movies I have seen. It is beautifully told and shows just how human the Japanese soldiers were also during the War. It's a very powerful story told from the perspectives of several Japanese soldiers and a general, who was performed by the masterful Ken Watanabe. He really should have won an Oscar for this one. And good job Mr. Eastwood for this movie.

Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (Heihachi) runs Tekken and he isn't ready to give reign to his son Ian Anthony Dale (Kazuya). He is in charge of security during the tournament. The hacker team is foil by him. Jin defy curfew and meet his girlfriend and they sex. Then the army hunt him down. Jun is held hostage and Kazuya call for missile attack killing her. Jin wants revenge and goes to the street. He enter an open call for the tournament and fight Cung Le (Marshall Law). He manage to win and get the attention of the manager Luke Goss (Steve Fox) who ask him under his wing. It's tournament time. Jin chat up with sexy fighter Kelly Overton (Christie). Raven defeat Eddy, Jin defeat Miguel. Kazuya is shock of his skills. Christie date Jin despite curfew. Kazuya match Jin DNA to Jun. After parting, Jin is attack by two assassins. Christie return to save him. Steve know Jun and say she is a good fighter during the tournament. Nina and Anna Williams are hired by Kazuya to kill Jin that night and fails. Christie defeated Nina. Steve give Jin his gloves to fight Yoshimitsu. Heihachi wants to change the fighter and Kazuya defy him and overrule, taking control now. Yoshimitsu is out to kill Jin. Heihachi is shock of the DNA match, Jin is the son of Kazuya. He activate the alarm and distract the fight. Jin defeated Yoshimitsu and escape but all are caught. Kazuya change the rule to fight to death. Raven didn't like this shit and escape with the trio. They freed Heihachi to get out. Raven is caught. Heihachi tell Jin he save his mother after the tournament when he found her violated and also Kazuya is his father. Heihachi and Steve are killed. Jin and Christie recapture to the tournament. Gary Daniels (Bryan Fury) killed Sergei. Raven tells Jin he can make it. Jin can't fight Bryan. Christie create distraction. Jin reverse the fortune and kills him. Kazuya is furious he won and fights him. Jin nearly dead but he fight back and didn't kill him. He is the new champion. And he simply walks out and return home. The ending is a load of crap. How can it be possible Kazuya is gonna let him off so easily..

Christine P (fr) wrote: I was positively mesmerized for the entire 1 hour and 22 minutes. What a ride--an awesome, puzzling, fascinating ride--through someone's interior life. Darger was/is an enigma, but he was clearly incredibly gifted as an artist. Yu's tone and fanciful style was perfect for telling Darger's unusual story and presenting his fascinating writing.

James O (au) wrote: Loves a Bitch is part of the Inarritu trilogy that explores interconnecting lives/themes. I thought it was ok, the best of the three stories was definitely the one about the dog owner and his brother's girlfriend. The other two stories were less compelling. Well acted but would have liked a tidier ending to the film.
