I've seen bad zombie movies that were still better than this as I'm usually a big zombie fan. These zombies can crawl on ceilings, but the movie should fall on the floor! Poor acting and a dumb plot.

(fr) wrote: Fairly fucked up but considering the crime committed by the trio of freaky rapists the revenge plot fails to deliver. Watchable, creepy but overall below average.

Ah yes, B-Movie all the way. The acting is really bad. It?s not tongue in cheek, it?s tongue all the way down the throat, choking to death acting. The movie score is also very bad. It is bad enough to bring several winces out of me. It distracts from the film at many points. The SFX are not that bad, considering this is an early 1980s movie. The effects are far from amazing or cutting edge, but they do get the job done in most cases. The story is also adequate, although it contains a few plot holes. The bottom line is this was filmed and released as a showcase for Dorothy Stratten?s body and questionable acting ability and it shows. Unless you are a die hard sci-fi fan, this one won?t interest you at all. If you ARE a die hard sci-fi fan, you may find this one comically interesting.
(mx) wrote: A clever story, directed with just the right amount of stylized posturing and action, with several dramatic themes at its core; one of Eastwood's best.

(nl) wrote: Even Robert Duvall's abilities cannot save this incongruous and stereotypical view of a Mexican border town where a gringo arrives with a gun tucked into his pants , while a Mexican hitman named Cholo uses a silencer. To complete this total leap from reality is a Mexican stripper who instead of speaking Spanish has a fondness for the F word. If you can make it through this movie past halfway, you are doing better than I could.
