Ian F (it) wrote: For a follow-up to "Brokeback" and a lead-up to "Life of Pi" (because who counts "Woodstock") this is a really well done bur very uncharacteristic of Lee film. Ultra-violent but also highly sexual (almost violent, especially one scene) this film acts almost like a sidestep for Lee in his use of two things that while having a place, rarely feature so presently in one of his film (at least not graphically). Visually and soundtrack wise (the music is haunting and beautiful as always) however, it remains Lee working as a technicolor noir it looks amazing and is a view and story we rarely see. But it is long, and it is heavy.

Robert C (ag) wrote: One might consider a movie featuring Lucille Ball, Boris Karloff, and Douglas Sirk as a recipe for success, but unfortunately it falls flat. Boris Karloff is underused. Lucille Ball is unconvincing as the object of desire for all the men in London. And this movie is not in the sharp, ironic, melodramatic style that Douglas Sirk is most famous for.

John O (fr) wrote: The second in the series This is the first time i have seen this movie A lot slower then the original movie same type of special and visual effects and costume and makeup Taking place straight after the fist movie this time you get to see the other dimension and found out more about the creatures and who made them

Bavon W (jp) wrote: A run of the mill slasher, that stands out if only because of its premise, ok proformances, and a decent twist.

Andrew L (fr) wrote: The original and still the best summer blockbuster. It has everything all the others lack; plot, suspense, character investigation and great acting. Spielberg's best action flick to this date
