Characters got older to around 30 years old and their growth is enjoyable. Settings cover Paris, London, Saint Petersburg and Moscow and sceneries are beautiful. The series has another sequel 'Chinese Puzzle'(Casse-tte chinois) which is already in my 'want watch' list.

It tends to feel 3 hours long as there are several long spells of nothingness in betwwen important scenes, hence many will find this visually beautiful or very boring, I am a little in the middle. Snazzy visuals from the director to try and make the film feel more expensive I guess but makes it come across more amateur. The fight scenes are poorly done, even worse shaky cam than usual. A film like this lives and dies on its villain and The main villain I've seen him actually be decent in other films but he's totally miscast here.
