Anthony I (ca) wrote: A blunt, hilarious discussion about sex. Many of the jokes are hilarious. Some fall flat. Others are just plain creepy.. I counted 2 pedophile jokes, which I wouldn't mind if it weren't for the fact that Woody is accused of being one. For what it's worth, I laughed an awful lot.

Which you can see traits lifted from."Teaching Mrs. Tingle" may not be one of the greatest movies to grace the big screen, but it is not the worst either. The movie is a fantasy/revenge story, yet a real world scenario, at its core. We've all had a person like Mrs. Tingle (teacher or not) that seemed like that their sole purpose in life was to make our lives miserable as possible. This movie explores the option of what could happen if we took the opportunity to get back at that person.Provides laughs and some scorching lines from Mirren. It's a dark comedy which you will enjoy if you want a fun movie. While this movie is not without its flaws, (acting has shallow points at times, the pop-culture references that are becoming cliches of their own, etc) this film is quite warm and comical...that is if you are not looking for the best picture of the year or something deep and turbulent.

Clint V (ag) wrote: This movie is terrible. Even as a family movie it is unbearable. I can't aptly describe in what ways this movie is terrible, so instead I'm going to describe the intensity of its terribleness. This movie is a scorn on the history of film. This movie isn't even good in a bad movie way. This movie is just shit. Absolute shit. It would make me go soft inside of a girl. It is not fun to watch. I bought it for the lolz and there were none to be had.Buy twenty copies of it tonight.

Alfredo S (kr) wrote: Tom and Jerry the movie shamelessly gets everything wrong about what made the original cartoon so great, and rips off The Rescuers, while giving a thin plot, bland characters and inconsistent animation.

Li (de) wrote: Before Night Falls inspires and intrigues and never lacks any of the gold that is Javier Bardem. Julian Schnabel's almost documentary direction added new life to the story, through simple images and motions. The usage of Reinaldo Arenas' real words and passages opened the film to audiences unfamiliar with Arenas himself. Javier Bardem and Michael Wincott flowed through their characters with life and passion. Johnny depp and Sean Penn added their unique flavors with their small yet important supporting roles, and the script was superb beyond all bounds. Easily understood even by someone with no prior knowledge of Arenas or Cuba during the time period, the film allowed full force joy, love, and homosexuality to run rampant and free. At the same time giving the pain, heartbreak, tragedy and anger that follow hand in hand with the other feelings. There was no fear in making this movie, and that is something completely new and beautiful. Overall a great tribute to the passed Reinaldo Arenas who would have wanted this film to be as pure and simplistically sensational as it was. A must see, no doubt about it.

Cody B (fr) wrote: Definitely the most "real" Robin Williams performance I think I've seen. A bit dated with 90's sensibilities, I guess, but what do I know? Still a really funny, somewhat touching movie.

James B (de) wrote: Very dry humor. Few funny scenes. Really no substance. No execution of plot. Terrible acting. Sighhhhh.
